Patriot Flag Tour

The following information was provided to the Chapter and those planning
to attend the Patriot Flag Tour.

KSU from Legion Post 34 will be at 10:45 am.

Saturday the 28th we'll meet at Post 34 at 10:15, KSU 10:45

Marine Park in Irrigon, Or. 510 NE Seventh St, Irrigon, OR 97844

After the flag transfer and BBQ, we'll ride back to Post 34.

Sunday we will meet at Post 34 at 6:45, KSU at 7am for Coeur d'Alene.
Sunday's ride will be approximately 4 hours each way with lunch at the
Iron Horse Bar and Grill in Coeur d'Alene. Here's a link to the planned

We'll be going past Steptoe Butte, which I had hoped to stop at, but I
just discovered that it's closed until September for road repairs. At
this time, I anticipate that we'll just take the highway on the return
trip, but if enough people want to take a longer route back, we could
have that option as well.

ALSO, if you have anyone from your group who is going to ride both days
and wants to be the official "Flag Bearer" please let me know. I did it
last year, and don't mind doing it again this year, but want to give
someone else the opportunity if they want to do it.
